This week, two more fathers have been tragically murdered by ICE. In Houston, ICE killed a 52-year-old small business owner whose son learned about his death on social media. A 26-year-old father of Maine was killed and dragged from his car, his 3-year-old daughter in the back seat, and his final words reported to be, “I tried to stop.” We are in contact with our immigration partners to plan a vigil and will release details as soon as we have them. That said, we know many are feeling called to action NOW.

There are many meaningful opportunities to channel this grief into action:

• TALK ABOUT IT! Get support from like-minded folks. Honor the victims by saying their names. Mobilize more people to get into this important work, and invite them to join you at one of our next events.
